Spot example

You buy $1,000 of BTC at 0.10%. The fee is $1.00, so $1,001.00 is debited in total (or the received BTC is reduced accordingly on a sell).

Futures example

You open a 10x long with $100 of collateral, creating $1,000 of notional. The open fee is $1.00 and the close fee is roughly $1.00 (based on the closing notional).

Good to know

  • • Fees are always shown in your order and trade history, including the exact amount charged.
  • • On futures, fees are paid from your collateral asset and are separate from profit and loss.
  • • Margin positions pay the same 0.10% open/close fee plus 0.02% daily interest on notional while open.
  • • Convert fees are taken from the amount you receive, so the quoted output is the amount you actually get.
  • • Referred users' fees fund affiliate commissions — your rate is never increased by the referral program.

Fee FAQ

How is the spot fee calculated?

On the full value of the trade. A $1,000 spot order at 0.10% costs $1.00, regardless of whether you are buying or selling.

When is the futures fee charged?

Twice — once when you open the position and once when you close it, each at 0.10% of the position notional. Leverage increases notional, so it increases the fee in dollar terms.

Do you offer maker rebates?

Not currently. Every spot order pays a flat 0.10%, which keeps pricing simple and predictable.

Are there fees on deposits?

No. Bithood charges nothing to deposit. Blockchain network fees may apply when moving funds on-chain.

Where can I see the fee before I trade?

Spot and futures order forms show an estimated fee before you submit. The final fee is always shown in your order and trade history.
